Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from Account → Subscription. Keep your perks until the end of the billing period.
Do I have to be Premium to chat?+
No. Standard chat is free for everyone. Premium adds bigger Super Chats and exclusive stickers.
What's the difference between Premium and Pro?+
Premium is for viewers (better chat experience). Pro is for sellers (lower fees, analytics, featured placement).
How do Vault Coins work?+
100 coins = $1 of value. Spend them on tips, Super Chats, stickers and TCG effects. 75% of every coin goes directly to the streamer.
Do you take a cut of Super Chats?+
Sellers receive 100% of Super Chat amounts they're tagged in, minus standard payment processing.
