How and when do I get paid?+

Payouts are issued the same day a show ends, after a brief fraud check. Funds land in your linked bank within 1–2 business days, depending on your bank.

What are the fees?+

Sellers pay a 5% platform fee on item price only. Shipping and tax are excluded from the fee calculation and stay with RipVault for label costs and remittance.

How does shipping work?+

Buyers cover shipping. After each sale we generate a discounted USPS or UPS label inside your Seller Hub. Multi-show orders auto-bundle so buyers pay one label.

When can I schedule a show?+

Anytime, 24/7. Schedule recurring slots or one-offs. Boosted placement during prime hours (6–11pm local) for Seller Pro.
