1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RipVault Live ("RipVault", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
RipVault Live is a live-streaming marketplace where verified sellers host live shows and sell trading cards, collectibles, and related items to buyers in real time, including via auctions, breaks, and instant drops.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to buy or sell. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Buying
All sales are processed through our payment provider. By placing a bid or completing a purchase, you agree to pay the listed price plus applicable taxes and shipping. Winning bids in auctions are binding. For purchases made inside a live break (random-chance live opens, "rip & ship", PYTs, and team-based breaks), the result of the rip is final at the moment cards are pulled — items pulled from packs you paid for are yours regardless of value, and no refund is available for a "bad pull". This is what "no refund on rip" means and you accept it by buying into a break.
5. Selling
Sellers must be approved through our verification process and agree to ship items as described within 5 business days of payment clearing. RipVault collects a marketplace fee on each sale: 6% for HD (1080p)live shows and 9% for 4K (UHD) Premium live shows, plus standard payment-processing fees passed through from Stripe. Fees are deducted from each sale before payout and are visible on every line of your seller ledger. Sellers running breaks must clearly disclose the format, total slots, odds, and what each slot includes before opening the show.
6. Prohibited Conduct
No counterfeit goods, no harassment, no off-platform payment circumvention, no manipulating auctions (shill bidding), no rigging or misrepresenting break odds, and no broadcasting illegal content. Violations may result in suspension or permanent ban.
7. Intellectual Property
All RipVault trademarks, design, and software are owned by RipVault Live. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant us a worldwide license to display it within the platform.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RipVault is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or via email.
