Information We Collect
Account info (email, display name, avatar), seller verification info for approved sellers (ID document, business details), purchase and shipping info, chat messages and stream content, device and usage analytics.
How We Use It
To operate the marketplace, process payments and payouts, prevent fraud, send transactional emails (order receipts, show reminders, payout notifications), and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing
With payment processors (Stripe) for transactions, with shipping providers when you opt in, with our streaming infrastructure (Mux) to deliver live video, and as required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can disable analytics cookies in Settings → Privacy.
Data Retention
We keep account data while your account is active, and order/payout records for at least 7 years to meet tax and accounting obligations.
Your Rights
Request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@ripvault.live. EU/UK/California residents have additional rights under GDPR/CCPA.
Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, hardened access controls on our database, and regular security audits. No system is perfectly secure — report suspected vulnerabilities to security@ripvault.live.
Children
RipVault is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us.
Changes
We'll notify you of material changes via email or in-app banner.
