Community Guidelines

What gets you banned

• Harassment & hate. Targeted attacks, slurs, threats, or doxxing earn an instant permanent ban.
• Scams & fraud. Off-platform payments, fake giveaways, or misrepresenting items end the account and forfeit pending payouts.
• Counterfeit & stolen goods. Reproductions, replicas, or items sold without rights are removed and the seller is suspended.
• Underage policy. Sellers and buyers must be 18+. We verify on payouts and on report.
• Chat spam & raids. Promoting other platforms, coordinated raids, or bot activity = timeout → ban.

Seller obligations

• Ship within the stated window; mark tracking accurately.
• Describe condition honestly; PSA/BGS grades must match the slab.
• Honor giveaways and break results. Rigging breaks is permanent ban + payout clawback.
• Respect moderation. Banning your buyers without cause may forfeit Premier status.

Reporting

Use the report button on any user, show, or message. Reports go directly to our admin queue and are reviewed within 24 hours. False reports may themselves be penalized.

Appeals

Banned accounts can open a support ticket from the sign-in page. We review every appeal within 7 business days.
