Every purchase is covered end-to-end. If a card doesn't show up, isn't as described, or arrives damaged — we have your back.

Payments held in escrow

Funds aren't released to the seller until you confirm the order arrived as described, or 10 days after delivery — whichever comes first.

Stripe Identity verified

Sellers complete ID + selfie verification through Stripe Identity before they can list. Look for the Verified badge.

Tracked shipping

Real carrier labels via Shippo (USPS / UPS / FedEx). You always have a tracking number — no "I shipped it, trust me."

One-tap returns

Item not as described? Request a return from your Orders page. Approved returns get a prepaid label and a refund the moment we receive the item.

How to file a claim

  1. Open your order from the Orders page within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Tap Request return and tell us what's wrong (Not as described, Damaged, Wrong item).
  3. The seller has 48 hours to respond. If they don't, RipVault steps in and refunds you automatically.
  4. Ship the item back with the prepaid label; refund issues to your original payment method within 2 business days of receipt.
